What I Like: Nothing to see here people...that is, unless you want some grimy, gruesome old school death metal. Faceless Burial deliver relentless brutality and morbid doom in equal doses. Searing, uncompramising death snarls, crusty guitars, and gritty production are what you can expect. Nothing more, nothing less.
Critiques: The slower tracks don't do it for me quite as much. It's important to vary things up, but this band just does a better job at full speed imo.
The Verdict: Grotesque Miscreation is solid OSDM. Don't overthink it, just let it violate your ears.
