Cassus Belli Musica presents the latest split from Spain-based pagan/folk metallers Crystalmoors and Hordak. On side A, Crystalmoors pay homage to the “gorse” shrub (Ulex Europaeus). "Árguma (also known as Tojo) symbolizes the Cantabrian nation of the pre-Roman epoch, bristling in the same way for self-defense and deeply rooted in its native land." Meanwhile, Hordak's 20 minute epic translates roughly to “the land of the serpents”, among the first names the ancient Greeks used for the Iberian Peninsula. “The lyrical concept behind it explores the light and shadows of our homeland from a devoted, but at the same time critical and skeptical point of view: dangerous, wild, difficult to be conquered…” When united, these artists deliver a deeply atmospheric journey perfect for the coming winter.
