French black metal/noise outfit PLEBEIAN GRANDSTAND have unveiled a short teaser for their upcoming third album «False Highs, True Lows», which is due out April 29th via Throatruiner Records (LP, CD) and Basement Apes Industries (CD). This follow-up to 2013's «Lowgazers» was recorded and mixed earlier this year by Amaury Sauvé at The Apiary Studio (Birds In Row, The Rodeo Idiot Engine, Calvaiire...) then mastered at New Alliance East (Converge, Gaza, Cave In...).
