Once Was Never are a five piece metal band from Sežana, Slovenia. In late 2014 they began recording their debut EP Lighthouse In The Abyss, at the "Under The Coop" studio. They describe their sound as a mix between groove and death metal. Their main influences are: Pantera, Gojira, Slipknot, Cannibal Corpse, Machine Head, Strapping Young Lad, and Fear Factor.
