The Pitch: Barcelona post-metal band get moody and proggy on this Name Your Price album for fans of Alaskan, Sleeping In Gethsemane, and Russian Circles.

What I Like: If you're down to chill, this is the perfect album for that.  You can just close your eyes and drift away.  The delay effects make for some interesting layers, and the time signature variations don't hurt either.  In fact, great use of effects pedals abound, leading to some very Toolish sounding passages.  My personal favorite songs also added a dash of other electronics as well.

What I Don't Like: I used to listen to a lot of music like this, and I just feel like I've heard it done a little bit better.  There are some really solid songs, but for an hour of music I'm not always invested.

The Verdict: For the pricetag, you really can't go wrong with this album.  I have some other recommendations for you that might delight your interest even more, but I liked Chrysalis enough to recommend it here for your own consideration and judgement.

Flight's Fav's: "From Them," "In My Struggle," "Black Bass"
